Legal/HR Assistant
SIA Group, Inc. is looking for a Legal/Human Resources Assistant for its Jacksonville office. This position would entail assisting the Director of Human Resources/In-House Counsel with HR duties and some legal administration.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Director
- Handles new hire paperwork and onboarding for new hires
- Work with employees on drug testing for new hire, random, post-accident or site specific testing
- Screens walk in applicants and set up interview with hiring manager
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience supporting HR Department or Attorney
- PC literacy and hands on experience with word, excel, outlook, power point, DISA, ADP (Visual Dispatch preferred)
- Must know how to multi- task and prioritize workload
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Professionally handle information of a confidential matter
